This form is part of a voluntary and confidential system for reporting security threats at Lublin Airport or in its operational area.

Regardless of whether you work at Lublin Airport, are a passenger, or are at the airport or in its vicinity for any other reason, if you have observed a situation, event, or anything else that concerns you and that you believe may pose a potential security threat, please report it using the form below and help us improve security.

Every report, even anonymous ones, will be thoroughly investigated with complete confidentiality of the sources of information. Early identification of threats increases the chances of preventing an incident or accident and is one of the basic elements of the safety management system (SMS) operating at Lublin Airport.

Information regarding safety and threats in the operational area of Lublin Airport, in accordance with the Lublin Airport Safety Policy, is used to improve safety, therefore we will not take action against persons who unknowingly and without acting in bad faith contributed to the threat.
