Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ EU L 2016.119.1 (hereinafter: GDPR), we kindly inform you that:
INFORMATION CLAUSE ON DATA PROCESSING AT LUBLIN AIRPORT SA – VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ EU L 2016.119.1 (hereinafter: GDPR), we kindly inform you about the manner and purpose in which we process your personal data, as well as your rights in this regard.
1 Your data controller is Port Lotniczy Lublin SA with its registered office in Lublin (20-008) at ul. Zesłańców Sybiru 6 (correspondence address: ul. Króla Jana III Sobieskiego 1, 21-040 Świdnik).

3 Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of ensuring the protection of property and the safety of employees and other persons present in the monitored area of Port Lotniczy Lublin SA, compliance with applicable procedures, quality control of security, and implementation of the provisions of the Aviation Law of July 3, 2002, the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of July 31, 2012 on the National Civil Aviation Security Program, as well as in the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of July 25, 2013 on the National Quality Control Program in the field of civil aviation security.
4 The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is:
a) Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject, pursuant to applicable law);
b) Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (processing is necessary for purposes such as the possible need to defend or pursue civil law claims arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, such as the protection of property and non-property rights).
5 You have the right to request the Administrator to access your personal data and to rectify, delete or restrict its processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to request the cessation of processing and the right to transfer data. If the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.
6 You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
7 The data provided by you will not be disclosed to third parties. The recipients of the data will only be authorities and institutions authorized to obtain data on the basis of applicable law, e.g., the Border Guard, the Police, and the Civil Aviation Authority. In addition, your personal data will be disclosed to authorized persons employed by the Administrator on the basis of employment contracts or civil law contracts.
8 The data provided by you will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
9 The administrator does not anticipate transferring personal data to a third country or international organization;
10 Only images (without sound) are subject to registration and recording on the medium.
11 Your personal data will be stored for a period of 30 days from the date of recording. If the recording constitutes or may constitute evidence in proceedings conducted under the law, the period of storage shall be extended until the proceedings are legally concluded. After the expiry of the above-mentioned periods, recordings containing personal data shall be destroyed, unless otherwise provided by law.
12 The scope of video surveillance at Lublin Airport SA covers the internal area of the airport, including the terminal building, the administrative and technical building, air traffic roads, parking aprons, de-icing aprons, fuel station, and the external area of the airport, including access roads, squares, parking lots, and the area adjacent to the airport.
