The sole shareholders of Port Lotniczy Lublin SA in Lublin are local government entities:

2. Lublin Municipality
3. Świdnik Municipality
4. Świdnik County

Dear Sir or Madam,

in connection with the entry into force on September 20, 2019 the Act of August 30, 2019, amending the Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1798), we would like to inform you that as of January 1, 2021, the dematerialization of all shares in joint-stock companies has become mandatory. By December 31, 2020, at the latest, the Company’s shareholders will be required to submit their share documents to the Company. This means that from 2021, shares will no longer take the form of physical documents and will all be in electronic form, and previously issued share documents will lose their legal validity. Shares (in electronic form) will be subject to registration in the register of shareholders, and such a register may only be kept by entities authorized to do so (pursuant to the Act of July 29, 2005, on Trading in Financial Instruments).

Please be advised that the Company will publish announcements on an ongoing basis regarding the subsequent stages of the share dematerialization process.
